Start a gratitude journal, write down one thing I am thankful for every day for a year

I write about gratitude, and also TALK about it, in many different ways. As my writing is mostly done on my computer, I think what is really lacking for this goal is a proper notebook, a physical, tangible object.

Writing down gratitudes, or just stopping to notice them at the end of the day, is a strong habit for a while, now, but it takes many different forms, and I have no proper routine for it or anything stable. I think it would be nice to dedicate a whole notebook just to journal it, and not just note it in my regular journal.

Day 3 - I am thankful for my amazing, lovely parents <3
