331 pounds that is a loss of 19 pounds
working on it but it is something that is going to take time. So I will be trying to get into shape one day at the time.
I have definitely improved since I set this goal in Nov. 2010! It's an ongoing work in progress of course...
work out at least three times a week. try to lose some lbs before the wedding!
