Try cooking with 10 herbs that are new to me

#1 - Fennel Seed - Made this Potato/Shallot Pie with Fennel Seed Pastry. We had cooked with fennel in the past, but never with fennel seed. This turned out decent. Not fennel-y enough, but still good.
