Be more social
I struggled a bit with the goals that have no clear definition but I think, overall, I have extended my circle of friends and acquaintances quite a bit. I have 4-5 colleagues I talk to every day and we hang out after work as well. I also meet my friends more frequently than before the day zero project. I still don't do enough to maintain friendships but I'm putting in more effort.
1. Language Exchange Meetings (every week on Thursday) - started 03/02/2017
2. Ask 20 friends to suggest one place in Łódź/Wrocław (pub/club/restaurant...) and visit them all.
3. Meet new people from Spain/Mexico/USA/Italy/Russia... and hang out with them regularly.
4. Volunteer (art, management, marketing, sport, human rights, organizing events, teaching, photography)
5. Language exchanges via Skype
6. Talk to people at my gym
7. Social Media Thursday - networking event for entrepreneurs, marketing specialists, managers...

Spent a bit of time being social in the pacific northwest on our trip. I didn't have a single panic attack about it, so I call this a success.
Don't know how quantifiable this is but there you go.
