If nothing else, we live in a wonderful time to catch up on our reading lists. I finished this goal earlier this year with the excellent Daisy Jones & The Six. K followed up this week by reading Ninth House (as did I). Fantasy is not a genre we generally visit, but this was a worthwhile read.
Before even picking our goals for 2020, I had resolved to read all of Goodreads Best Books of the Year. The first two I planned on reading were Daisy Jones & The Six (finished - really liked it) and The Ninth House (about to start) - Love it when a goal comes together so easily. Now she just has to finish her book and we'll call this one done.

Station Eleven, Emily St. John Mandel. I absolutely adored this book and I don't know if it ever would have crossed my radar without this challenge. Thank you, URC!
