Eat a vegetarian diet for a month

This has actually been a desire of mine for many years. I don't hate meat or think it's murder so much as I crave a greater saturation of vegetation in my diet 😉. Not sure if this is a life change (and technically I consider myself pescatarian) but I'm happy to have done it.
