Make organic strawberry jam

A goal of Knuj on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Done.

Have the recipe...need to get 4 cups of strawberries, 4 cups of sugar (yikes...can this be TRUE???), 1.75 ounces of dry pectin, and 5 pint jars
