4.When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
I literally took this as a personal attack haha! I am all mouth. I say so much about doing various things and I never really do anything. So when everything is said and done, I would certainly have said more.
I don't want to be like that any more though. So this question is more of a kick up the bum than a question.
3.If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do?
My first thought is - Because we have to.
I have to go to work, I have to do housework, I have to shower etc.
Truthfully we can choose not to do any of these things however we do them to maintain a lifestyle that we do like. Its like ying and yang, I don't want to work but I do want money to have a nice home. I don't want to do housework but I also don't like a messy space.
So my answer to this is life balance. Maybe it is time to stop doing things we don't like to do that don't affect other areas in our life though. If you don't like socialising with certain people - Then don't. If you don't want to shave your legs, then don't.
1. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?
I struggled with this question - As I DO know how old I am. Also given basic social constructs, I will always come up a lot older than I am. I like hobbies that the older generation typically like to do and find it hard to relate to those who are younger than I am sometimes.
My initial thought was somewhere in my 40's. I then took one of those guess my age quizzes that put me at 53! (I am 32).
So I am going to say 43 is hold old I am - Not knowing how old I am already.
Maybe its time to start livening up my life a little...
