PROGRESS UPDATE
An update from BeigeCar.
 
Originally I wanted one day per week or no TV, one day of no internet and one day of no phone but it might as well be incorporated into one goal like this, otherwise I will just procrastinate with one of the other things on the list.

This will probably one weekend day. I work part time (3 days) which I need technology for but I use technology every single day regardless. This is going to be tricky because if I replace my bad habits with yoga class etc., I will still need to book the class online and check on the day that it is still going ahead.

I need to plan this a bit better.
