I think this was probably so far the goal that I liked the most. It became such a part of my routine and gave me some "me" time, just relaxing and listening to my music which I LOVE LOVE LOVE. I still (almost daily) mentally remind myself to do this, even if I'm not keeping track, or at least I think about doing it.
