Day 48, May 28, 2023: MAX 57, instead of counting to 10 I count to 5. This has really made a difference.

Day 44, May 24, 2023: MAX 50, I said I wasn’t going to miss a day again. I forgot that life always throws curve balls. I was sick for about 7 days. Then I was hard to jump back in after that. I still will never get lower than 50 though.

Day 42, May 15, 2023: MAX 50: Sad showing.., what really matters in my life. I can’t fall behind my peers.
Day 41, May 14, 2023: Max 54: hmmm, even though I’m getting to 50 every time I still feel really weak sometimes.
Day 40, May 13, 2023: MAX 50: Alcohol is the devil.
Day 39, May 12, 2023: MAX 53: woke up late. I didn’t feel like working out, but I still did.
Day 38, May 11, 2023: MAX 60: I really wanted to push myself today and it paid off.
Day 37, May 10, 2023: MAX 55: I will not get anything lower than 50 again!
Day 36, May 9, 2023: MAX 53: I told y’all I wasn’t going to drop below 50 again!
Day 35, May 8, 2023: MAX 56: Yes, all I need to do is push past the pain. It is going to hurt!
Day 34, May 7, 2023: MAX 51: Barely managed to survive today.
Day 33, May 6, 2023: MAX 50: I never want to get lower than 50 again!
Day 32, May 5, 2023: MAX 40: I think I just need to start pushing through the pain.
Day 31, May 4, 2023: MAX 41: I need to eat more food!
Day 30, May 3, 2023: MAX 43: Felt weak again today. I wonder what’s going on.
Day 29, May 2, 2023: MAX 45: I woke up pretty late. Fast food is not good.
Day 28, May 1, 2023: MAX 50: I really wanted to push my limits today and I’m back in the 50 zone. I must get to 60!
Day 27, April 30, 2023: MAX 43: I did not eat enough food today.
Day 26, April 29, 2023: MAX 45: felt shaky today. I need to keep pushing harder. Can’t let other people distract me.
Day 25, April 28, 2023: MAX 46: it’s day 25 and I truly believe I should be in the 60-70 range, but I’ve took so many breaks… never again.
Day 24, April 27, 2023: MAX 41: I woke up at 5:30am, I couldn’t sleep. There’s so many goals that I still have to accomplish. No excuse not to succeed.
Day 23, April 26, 2023: MAX 45: I felt pretty strong today. I need to fix my diet though.
Day 22, April 25, 2023: MAX 44: definitely felt better today. I’m always fighting.
Day 22, April 24, 2023: MAX 31: I had exams… I want to use that excuse, but I was just lazy.
Day 21, April 13, 2023: MAX 50: I felt really strong today. I know that everything good doesn’t come easy, but damn… this life truly isn’t easy. Why can’t I commit to making my brain stronger as well?
Day 20, April 12, 2023: MAX 40: I have been fasting a lot this week (Passover) and my energy has been off. Hopefully I can bounce back when more food is in my system.
Day 19, April 8, 2023: MAX 43: feeling sore, can’t give in.
Day 18, April 7, 2023: MAX 47: slowly getting stronger. Feel like rocky again. Had 3 job interviews… got an offer from all of them.
Day 16, April 5, 2023: MAX 41: keep pushing
Day 15, April 4, 2023: MAX 40: Damn I’m all the way back here… it’s ok, I’ll go even farther this time.
Day 14, April 3, 2023: it’s annoying to restart things, but I’m very used to that. I’ve restarted my athletic journey so many times. I can never give it up. It’s truly food for my soul.
Day 13, March 30, 2023: the comments vanished then I lost all motivation. They are back so now I’m back. Don’t worry I’m ready to restart.
Day 12, March 15,2023: Max 40, I didn't warm up... here are the results.
Day 11, March 14,2023: Max 40, muscles healing. Need to change my diet up as well.
