Exhaustion test at the end of week two: 32.
Week one complete. I feel so much stronger, and managed almost as many in the final set as in my initial test, even though that was after 44 pushups in other sets. This is working great!

Did the initial pushups test 8/28, managed 21. I'll start the program next week, though I'll be out of town with family for a week in the middle. Undecided whether I'll repeat a week, skip, or maintain for that week, so it'll probably depend how I'm doing at that point.
