PROGRESS UPDATE

Well, along my almost one-year long journey I went through forced diets and study diets and what-nots and then I just decided that I don't need this. My body's beautiful whatever way it is and losing weight as well as gaining it is a response to my daily habits and hormonal changes. I don't need to force myself into losing something that's been created by me - whatever needs to stay, will stay, whatever will have to go - it will go away.
57 to 54 back to 57 and then to 55 and then to 58 and then back to 57. Pretty constant!
