27/7/15: Started.
Did the test, could do 27, so my starting level is poor. It'll probably take me longer than 6 weeks, but ah well. Onwards!
02/08/15: Finished Week 1.
Finished on medium level. Managed to do 54 sit-ups so progress is definitely being made. I'm feeling it, but in a nice way. Also did quite a bit of biking this week, which probably adds to the general soreness. Looking forward to week 2.
