I went to TEDxMelbourne: The Stuff of Dreams yesterday and it was a good experience to do once. There were so many speakers I was tired by the end of the day, but it was a diverse group. I was most looking forward to hearing base jumper Clair Marie, pictured here, but my favourites ended up being the artist/diver/future astronaut Dr. Sarah Jane Pell; Prof Andrew McLeod who spoke on the economic cost of Australia's fear culture; and the brilliant speaker Lisa McInnes-Smith.
