1. Sausage & Peppers (https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a22628682/best-sausage-and-peppers-recipe/) - will definitely cook again; did not add vinegar; next time will cut the amount of olive oil and will try adding balsamic vinegar.
