PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of xxxx on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of In Progress.

A friend of mine sent me a link with different types of meditation to try .. I chose the Auric Egg exercise as it was top of the list and is apparently a good technique to start with .. I had a look on YouTube and found a video to help me a long .. I found it quite a calming experience especially for a first try .. I reckon the best time for me to practise this will be in preparation for bed as it might help me sleep better!
