PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of Marisha May on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of In Progress.

So, I managed to lose like 1-2 kilos but it's back again.
Apparently, there is no point for me to lose weight since this is my optimal weight, and I think that I will gain even more because I workout 5 times a week, I am quite muscular and am planning to gain even more. Since muscles weights more than fat, I think I have to actually keep in mind that I will probably gain more weight.
