13th Nov '11 - we did this about a month ago. Under the first bit of advice we found, we drilled holes in the box (it's only a tiny compost bin for now) but have found it would be best without. That's the only thing I'd say hasn't gone well, since it leaks sometimes. We had loads of pumpkin to put in it after Halloween and it was just too much water!
