Hong Kong Sevens
The Hong Kong Sevens (referred to as Cathay Pacific/Credit Suisse Hong Kong Sevens for sponsorship reasons) is considered the premier tournament on the IRB Sevens World Series in rugby sevens—a variant of rugby union. Organised by the Hong Kong Rugby Football Union (HKRFU), the event is held annually at the last weekend of March in Hong Kong, commencing on a Friday afternoon, and concluding on the Sunday evening.
