PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of Ingo Willems on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Done.
 
I haven't even tried doing it, but since this month I noticed I was starting to lose weight... Maybe living alone and eating healthy helped?

I lost about 5 kilograms and I am now just on the line between healthy and a bit overweight.. I just keep on living like I am now, so within a month I'll hopefully be at a full healthy BMI ^^
